Just awful. You go into a big room with 30 other interviewees and have to dance while the employees are standing around the room watching and writing things down. It doesn’t exactly seem appropriate for middle aged men to be lining the walls of a room like sharks watching sixteen year old girls dance and judging their job skills from that. Literally forced us to dance for an hour and then come up with a cheerleading chant for our “color group” and put on performances in front of the employees and other interviewees. The only time I spoke to a single person who worked there was for my “90 second interview.” I walked up to the table and I was asked to “do anything for 90 seconds, go.” Disgustingly unprofessional. I walked in expecting an interview but it was more like a five year old’s birthday party that just dragged on and on. At the end of this “event,” they went over the timeline for if you got an offer and accepted it. When you begin working at top golf, you have the privilege of sitting through two weeks of UNPAID “top golf education.” Not even training. Just learning about the company. Apply somewhere else.

Very fun and easygoing a group interview style did a speed round of interviews with 3 different people. I enjoyed my time there and learned more about the job .
It was a group interview we had 90 seconds to meet with a team lead, general manager, then operations manager. Generic questions like availability, personality, and thrown into a role play scenario. Make sure you stand out. Be personable, nice, and friendly. Serving experience may not be required but it would be a perk.

They have a hiring event where you get to interact with others who have applied they set up games that are based on team work and training leads walk around with scoring how well you work apart of a team then you break off in groups and do some more team based games After the ice has been broken its time to do your interview with the managers of your venue and when youre done you just wait to be called in the following days to say if your got hired or not.
