It was strange and felt childish. They had us running around playing games. Over the top energy. Game show like interview process. Very loud. Felt immature. I just wanted to sit down with a manager, review my resume and talk like adults. Great fit for college kids under 25y/o

Called a "Mish bish" very different than any other interview. Much like a speed dating of interviews. While waiting you are paired in groups and asked random questions and play games. The team observes your answers and attitude throughout.

Over 50 people group interview. They put you in groups and ask easy personality questions to the room. They judge you on if they like you not your experience. Expect to be there for over 3 hrs.
