Seriously the most weird and unprofessional interviewing experiencing i've ever had. Seems as though if you are not Loud and Obnoxious then you do not qualify for the job. I don't see how dancing with a large group of people for AN HOUR and talkIng to a panel of people about yourself for 90 SECONDS proves that you have customer service skills. TopGolf, i have a little recommendation for you, if you want GENUINE and PROFESSIONAL people who have great customer services skills to work for your company, CHANGE YOUR INTERVIEWING PROCESS it is completely unprofessional especially when none of your "associates" are actually walking around on the job acting like pure animals.
