The interviewing process was very different, you start by playing games and dancing. Then they split you off into teams and then you play more games. Then they call at least five people and you guys take a picture together, then from there someone calls you individual from the group. From there you start the real interview and they have you go to three different station. The first station they ask you like one question. The second station they ask you "what are you applying for and did you choose TopGolf?" Then the last station is a panel of at least five people and this is called the "XFactor" part of the interview. This part of the interview they ask you to talk about anything for 90 seconds, I fail this part miserable because I was stuck and didn't know what to say for a minute in a half. Plus the people on the panel faces were very intimidating, but anyway this job is for someone we is very loud and obnoxious for no reason. It's for someone who always have a smile on their face and for someone who's up beat and bubbly all the time. So if you know that isn't you please do not apply to TopGolf.
