It was a three round proceedure. Firstly I had an initial informal interaction with the HR, then I was asked to appear for the second round with a Company Senior from the Management Body, then there was the last and final round where the Manager explained me how it all works and the variable payout structure, with the roles and responsibilities

interview was simple and easy. The interview was basically to check our communication skills. Good communication skills and negotiation skills are required to crack the interview. There were three rounds of interview.
