Entrevista
I had a 10 minute screen first. They were fairly quick to respond initially and set it up. Then an online test. I apparently didn't do well enough on the test to continue, but the next steps would have been an interview with an existing consultant and a test project to submit.
Here's the thing - it's a ridiculously mechanical process based on very specific answers in a career that couldn't be further from that reality. If you stumble through Product Management and always "perfectly check the box", you are probably doing it wrong. Many of the questions were like a rote memory college test format. I've been doing the job for 15+ years at multiple high-grade software companies.
I wasted my time here. Don't waste yours.

The screening interview was easy - pretty sure they were just looking for someone with a heartbeat and half decent English.
I had an interview with a recruiter as part of the hiring process. The conversation included specific questions related to the role and my previous experience. The interview was structured and focused on assessing my fit for the position and understanding my background in similar tasks.

Entrevista
The process was very comprehensive, and the interviewers were very good at what they were doing. The first phase is quite easy, but when it comes to the later stages that's where the weeding comes out. Overall a challenging interview.
Recruiter kept me well informed throughout the process. They also provided documents about the company and benefits which was appreciative. You’re also expected to take an assessment during the process.
