The process went smoothly and only took a few weeks. It included a few things such as making a recording of yourself, introduction interview, case study, a couple of rounds of interviews with team managers, and a culture interview.

Situational questions e.g. how I would handle having a difficult conversation with a candidate.
Long and repetitive. The screening process should vary according to the role you're applying to. Otherwise they ask you the same things over and over again and the worst part is that theyre still asking things like "what are your strengths and weaknesses?".

The recruiter was welcoming and smooth process. It was a 4 step interview process. They asked general interview questions. The interviewer was friendly and kind and made me feel very comfortable.

Straightforward, a bit long, but otherwise fair and transparent. The recruiter stayed on top of our communication, was pleasant and helpful. The hiring team was amazing to chat with, especially the hiring manager. Overall positive impression from this process.
