I was invited for an interview with a member of the HR team. During the interview, I was introduced to the company and asked several questions about myself. I was assured that I would receive feedback within three days. However, after two weeks without any response, I had to request the feedback myself, which led to an invitation for a second interview. In this second meeting, I was told that the team believed I would be a good fit for them, and I was invited to complete a recruitment task. After the interview, I was supposed to receive a link to the platform, but it was not sent. Therefore, I had to request it again and finally received a link to a set of 90-minute Codewars-style coding challenges. However, after completing the task, all communication ceased. My message requesting feedback on the task and the overall recruitment process was ignored. I dedicated my time and effort to participate in the recruitment process, and I consider this approach to be an act of disrespect towards me.

I applied online for a remote role. The first interview was done with HR and after that technical quiz was done online. A week or so after the quiz I had a technical interview with the CTO and lead android developer. The interview lasted for around one hour. The interview seemed to be doing pretty fine with positive feedback. Three days after this interview HR contacted for a short call where we discusses how it would be possible for me to go to their location to meet the team in person. After that I was never contacted again.
