Well over a month passed from application to response from TCHC. First discussion with this company was a panel interview with several people. The individual leading the interview was unfriendly and rigid. No pleasantries or polite discussion before asking 5 scripted, lack lustre and redundant questions. Wrap up was awkward and abrupt and equally unfriendly. I don’t believe this was a reflection of me but rather the lead panelist’s obvious lack of interest in the process of interviewing candidates for the role. I have already decided that if they want to continue the process for the role, I will decline. There is no way I’m interested in working for an organization that starts out on the wrong (miserable) foot. Note to senior leadership: MAKE SURE YOUR HIRING MANAGERS ARE ENGAGING AND PROFESSIONAL AT EVERY STAGE OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS. THEY ARE THE PROVIDING THE FIRST / ONLY IMPRESSION OF YOUR COMPANY. IT BETTER BE A GOOD ONE.

Long winded questions. Questions are wordy and unclear. Difficulty understanding what the question is asking. Multi layered and confusing. Not very welcoming. Panel is looking for key words to mark you.
