I had one interview with a Solution Architect and Project Manager. The position that was in the job description was inaccurate for the position that was being hired for. The job description was for BSA, but it was in reality a Test Automation. The Solution Architect proceeded to let me know that they fired the previous hire for not able to automate multiple projects at a time. Even though the job description did not mention Python code skills, it was enforced the position had to have this skill even though it was mentioned that the automation scripts were being written in Java Script. It was obvious the SA did not know Test Automation, the tools used in the trade or care to know itWorst interview I have ever had. Not professional and I felt attacked. Even if I got an offer with this company I would not accept.
