First a zoom call with the team which included nurses followed by Nursing panel interview in person. Staff who interview you are kind and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend.

It was really well organized New grad RN event. There was a long line that wrapped around the building so arrive early. Dress to impress, be yourself, and have some questions you want to ask.

Two interviewers for the Job Fair Day , there were different tables set up for various departments . You could interview for multiple departments but had to re wait in line and wait for your turn to interview with the department

Easygoing, straightforward. Not too difficult, panel of 6 people. Included managers, charge nurses, and staff nurses. It was about 10 mins. Got an offer within a couple of days. Other questions were just basic like tell me about yourself
