Applied online and was contacted by HR relatively quickly to set up an interview. I opt for the in person interview versus the virtual on zoom since I live close by. The day of my interview was when they had the nursing open house where all of the departments were interviewing candidates. I was interviewed on a Monday and The interview was pretty straightforward and I was interviewed by three nurses. My interview lasted about 15 to 20 minutes and I heard back for a second interview by the next day (on Tuesday) by the nurse recruiter. I was scheduled a second interview for the following day (Wednesday). This interview was with the same three people along with the Director of the department. I then heard back the next day (Thursday) with an offer for the position. The process was much faster than I was expecting.

Very friendly 6-person panel interview. 10/15 min interview with mostly personality based questions. Did not have case study questions. They mainly wanted to get to know you as a person and how you would fit in. Interviewers made you feel comfortable.

Five staff members for interview and just yourself. They ask nursing scenarios and questions about yourself. Very friendly staff and cheerful about your success. Only one interview before receiving a phone call or email.
