Sorry to hear that your recruiting experience with THBS was not positive. We try to ensure that our consultants are well informed about our hiring processes and guidelines. It seems that in your case the consultant might have given you wrong information with regard to the hiring budget for your position. Also, in general; we like to meet candidates who we think are a fit on paper to understand the actual fit, get a feel of the person so budget is really not a constraint in our context for the right candidate.
