Poor experience. They were not ready when I arrived. The first interviewer had a stack of papers but then realised he didn’t have what he needed so had to leave to print out some more. He came back and spent most of the interview shuffling through the papers looking for questions to ask me. One of his questions didn’t match the code he gave me to look at either which was confusing. The second interviewer asked a couple of easy coding questions but wanted to spend over an hour talking about the implementation of one of them. It was a bit .. absurd .. in comparison to other interviews I’ve had. I got the impression he was looking for something I didn’t know the answer to and it seemed like overkill to me. After that, I didn’t hear anything back, though that might be down to the poor quality recruiter.
