I had an interview process over the phone that went very well, and was asked for a follow up interview in store. I came in five minutes late due to unforeseen traffic & the manager told me she couldn't interview me due to a strict time management policy. I told her my situation and how it is very unlikely for me to be late and not of my character but said I should've called. It was very absurd and unprofessional since she did all of this in front of her employees and customers. (Employees ratio to customer was 10:2 by the way) Very unprofessional, I'm glad I don't have to work in an environment like that to be honest.

Quick interview with assistant manager, pleasant and easy, told me what to expect, and when I would start. It was a seasonal job. Introduced me to the others and explained the app and payroll.

instead of interview, it is more a like a small talk, mostly asking questions about you resume, your availability, working right, also, to know more about your interest in luxury industry.
