It wasn’t too bad just an in person interview and they make you do a role play that’s word for word what they give you a pdf on. They also ask about your experience and about personal attributes.

Several steps: interview, quizzes, exams, typing tests, drug test, etc. They supply you with all the resources to succeed; just have to put in some effort to go over the material. The interview itself was fairly straightforward.
