The process was very easy and straight forward, no messing around they interview me right away and it was a great experience. I came in for a face to face with the recruiter so she can show me around and then the second interview consisted of sitting down with an broker and seeing what he does day to day and then you get your face to face with the hiring manager

During the interview process it was super easy communicating with the recruiter. During the process I like how you get to go in and shadow 2 people to see how the calling and prospecting works. Over very nice

Solid, Would recommend anyone who is passionate about sales and wanting the ability to earn uncapped commission. Base pay is low so understand it is very much an "Eat what you kill" environment

The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
