After submitting an application online I was contacted by their Recruiter and she set up a phone interview with me. She called and we completed the phone interview. She called back the next day asking if I would like to come in for an interview. Since my location was not so close to Durham I had to complete all interview steps in one day. Also had to complete an assignment prior to in office interview.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
