It was honestly the interview experience I’ve ever had. Very fake and uncomfortable recruiter experience as well. They will ghost you after 3 or so rounds of interviews too. Don’t waste your time.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.

The interview process with TQL was simple and easy-going. They have a three-step interview process, the first two are conversation-based with a recruiter, and the last one is with her manager.
