A couple of phone interviews then two in person interviews. The phone calls just confirm resume questions and potential conflicts with schedule or current job. There are a couple sets of interview exams that are very easy. Just take some notes on the company's background and principles beforehand. In person visits include shadowing two people then a video conference or in person with HR. The final interview includes exam and sitdown with manager.

Solid, Would recommend anyone who is passionate about sales and wanting the ability to earn uncapped commission. Base pay is low so understand it is very much an "Eat what you kill" environment

The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
