I had a phone screen with a recruiter who told me about the company. If they move forward, you then a shadow with the broker whose account you would be on and in person interview with office lead.

Interview process had multiple rounds. But the staff was very communicative so it was better than other interviews that I have had. I was lead through the entire process by a recruiter, so I never felt blindsided during the process.
