Good interview, laid back, just let me know about the role, expectations, etc. I had a great feeling leaving the interview only to never hear back from HR or the site manager. When I inquired, I was informed they were still interviewing candidates. And never heard anything back from the hiring manager or HR. If a company can't take the time to send a rejection email after you've gone in for a face-to-face interview, don't work there.
