I then interviewed with the Chairman of the Board and a representative from Spain. The questions were professional and gave me insight into the newly created position. We discussed expectations and realistic goals and objectives.

The interview process was quite fair and transparent. I was asked a bunch of relevant questions, some needed written answers. In depth probe of my knowledge. Courteous and professional interviewers. I felt the company did a great job managing the interview process.
