Not a really nice experience with TOTAL. The company didn't show any level of diversity as they mainly used it for the interview stage. However, the interview consisted of a written test, group test and personality test.

Entrevista
The process was efficient, it was made up of a formative and technical interview, with an assessment centre following. The first interview asked the standard questions, with the second using a scenario to test the technical knowledge. The assessment centre put you up against other candidates and looked at how you stood out.
