Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Totaljobs em out. de 2025
Entrevista
I’ve never previously ended an interview early, but I chose to do so on this occasion.
After the interviewer provided an introduction to the company, the conversation moved quickly into detailed questions about my previous role and performance metrics, without the usual opening discussion to build rapport or learn more about my background. To me, this made the conversation feel more like an information-gathering exercise than an exploratory discussion about mutual fit.
After answering the question as I felt appropriate, I shared that I was uncomfortable with the direction of the conversation and expressed my wish to end the interview. The interviewer was polite and understanding, offering to adjust the questions to be more generic, but I still felt it was best to conclude the discussion and wished them the best in finding the right candidate.
Before the interview, I felt very positive about the opportunity and confident I could contribute meaningfully to the company. I left feeling disappointed by how the conversation unfolded, but I appreciated the professional tone with which the situation was handled.

1st round with HR. The HR read the questions and about the company from the screen like she had no idea about anything. Just reading and typing my answers. Felt a bit robotic.
She told me about the next rounds and I was informed to hear back in 2 days. No reply for almost a week so I mailed and received an automated rejection. I asked the reason and she said that they require experience in specific tools and service which I do not have and was clearly mentioned in the resume had she done the resume screening.

It was a 3 stage process. One with the internal recruiter, then with the Lead Scrum Master and then with the potential team you will be joining. The questions were typical Scrum Master interview questions
