Beautiful new building with great security, must be buzzed in and yes, I noticed the PTZ camera as well. Ample parking in front with nice cars, which is a good sign of the salary they pay. I was greeted by an Asian in office casual attire and asked to sign in. I guess I was a bit kelpto because later I found that Is walked off with their front desk pen, I know it was their pen because someone took the time to print a label for the pen marked "For front desk" it's not a special designer pen, it's just a bit, but it makes me wonder... Do I want to work for a place that feels they need to put a label on the front desk pen? Either someone is way bored and thought they'd play with the label maker, or they're micromanaging the inventory of pens. Understandable given the amount of pens that walk away from the front desk, myself a case in point. I digress. I was not made to wait long in a conference room. I promptly forgot the name of the lady I interviewed with about 2 minutes into the interview. (Shh, I didn't let on!) She said they use great plans Dynamics, which I'm familiar with, history of long sales cycles and forecasting roll out contract orders, family with POs and procedures. They've an outside sales team, offer advancement in house and are local to where I live, also they offer 401k and healthcare benefits. Only 5 days off vacation and 3 days sick the 1st year. 3 months temporary, health after 30 days. Vacation time sounded accured. They'll bump up Vaca to 10 days after the 1st year.
