I first had a phone screen with the talent team, then was offered an in person interview with two interviewers for 2 weeks after, and was requested to come up with 5 minute presentation. I felt I aced these questions which showed my work, thought process and solutions. They seemed incredibly receptive, and told me they loved my presentation. One of the interviewers even asked me to send it to her personally as she wanted to share it. I received no feedback, just a rejection and was ignored after my request for feedback.
