Timely follow up from initial application. Professional recruiter. Manager had a formal panel interview with a 20 min case study. Timely offer and on boarding was exceptional. Peer mentorship, corporate orientation in ATL, all of it was very nicely done. By far my best experience joining an organization.

Case Study asked I come prepared as if I were presenting to a hospital client who is dissatisfied with our services. Case study was an opportunity to showcase executive presence, adaptiveness towards your audience, and ability to sustain lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Panel interview with DVP, RVP and HR Business Partner- I found this a fair and objective process. I was required to present on financial results as well as providing a proforma on retail revenue with new retail space.
