Very weird interview process in general. You first had a phone screen. Then it was a round robin interview where you meet with each staff member of the department individually. This could have been COVID Related but it is 2023? What made me mad about this process is they had more than one opening in the department for the role. Choice someone else for the first opening then told me to re-apply for the second role. Told them flat out I have other offers and do not have time to wait another three weeks for a phone call to come back and re-interview for the position. (I find this absolutely absurd if you have two openings you pick the best two candidates and train them at the same time). Overall bad experience. This is a mid-sized credit union. There was no follow-up or feedback on interview from hiring manager or HR. I severed as a hiring manager of two years at a large bank and always followed up with applicants good or bad. Based on this would not recommend employment at Tower to any of my friends. Credit Union really needs to streamline HR process.

It was an easy interviewing process. They described their work culture, asked a few scenario questions to understand my experience with opening accounts and customer resolution. Hours and location were explained to me along with company benefits.

The interview process was alright. Andy Edafiogho called to ask a little about my job experiences he then set up an in-person interview at the Laurel location. When I got there I waited for 15 mins then Andy came down to take me in the interview room he asked me some questions then I waited for about 15 mins again and the Branch Manager and the Assistant Manager at the Laurel location came in to do the interview (mind you the location I applied for was in Clarksville) they were honestly all over the place with their questioners. The Branch Manager asked what would I do if an employee doesn't want to go to work?
The interview took place Monday afternoon and Andy informed me that he will follow up with me on Wednesday or Thursday well let's just say he did not do that and it took him awhile to respond to me after I emailed him twice. Only to tell me that the position has been filled. Really not good at communicating and the interview questions could be a lot better. I've been in Management position a few times. I've been in Banking field since 2007 I've also been a Branch Manager. But I did not get the position.
