I was contacted by the Recruiting HR Manager and invited me to apply. Then I applied online through zip recruiter and then I was invited for a 30 minute phone interview. The interview was straight forward, but clearly they were looking for a seasoned professional to pay with a salary between 32K-35K with 5 years of AR experience...

What were some of the mistakes you made, and did you learn?

Entrevista
I met the CEO at a job fair. First, they asked me to come to their company site for an interview and for an aptitude test. After that, I came for a second interview. Then they had me shadow one of their techs for a day - just walking around with him while he worked. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience and the position seemed genuinely interesting. However, they kept dragging their feet about giving me an answer as to whether or not I would get a position. After about two months, I found another position.

They had an aptitude test which was basically a personality test with some math. It was pretty silly in my opinion, but they seemed to care a lot about it. They mentioned it as a factor for why I got called back for a second interview.
