My interview was at 11:30 and I didn't get in until about 5 minutes later. The person I was interviewing with seemed really rushed and busy she picked up a call during the interview which I thought was not professional, barely asked any questions and just told me to email her two references and she would be making her decision in a few weeks. Fast forward a few weeks I had to email them in regards to the decision. Not a great experience.
