They schedule you for interview, just a phone interview with the hiring manager and then start ghosting.. no worth. They probably made the decision to hire someone else and took the interview just for the sake of taking it. Their interest level was totally zero! Asked some questions related to your experience just to make it look like an interview but the disinter was clearly noticeable. Waste of time if you truly want to lookfor a job with this company. They hire people from contacts and don’t really value other candidate’s time. Look somewhere else where your time and skills will be valued.
