screening, hr, phone, in person interview very relaxed interviewing process. more so just getting to know the person and how one carries themselves on a day to day basis. nothing to worry about

It was good and they respect you a lot. They care for their workers i think. Managers are the ones who have it easier. In interviews they really like to know who you are as a person. Just to see if you are dependable or not.
