I submitted my resume and application. I couldn't tell you how long it took them to get back to me. I do remember it was long enough I'd forgotten I'd applied. After they called, I talked with an HR specialist over email and phone. She answered my questions and set up an interview. When I came to interview, I sat with the HR specialist and PC assistant manager. We just talked. The A.M. gave details of the job and answered my questions. I gave detailed, specific answers why I felt I would be a good fit for the job. Afterward, they took me to get the PPE needed for a plant tour. The A.M. gave me a tour of both plants and asked my thoughts. After, I was asked to sit down with the PC Senior Manager and Japanese Coordinator to chat. I think they were mainly trying to get a feel for my personality. After that, we said our goodbyes and I left. Some time later, the HR Specialist called to tell me they'd like to make an offer. She emailed the offer, I reviewed, and accepted. The offer was for a shade more than what I told them my bottom salary expectation was.

They conducted a short screening with HR recruiter followed by an hour-long interview with the director and managers. No difficult questions were asked and they were very focused on my job experience.
