The process consisted of a call from the recruiter, three interviews with two members of the test team (Manager and Supervisor), a behavioral, quant and verbal test, followed by an interview with the design managers. The process took about 1 month and about 6 hours of my time, sometimes during work hours. At the end of the process, after hearing extremely positive reviews for every interviewer (after having been told: “You’ll hear from HR”) I was ghosted by the recruiter.
