Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Toys "R" Us (Franklin, TN) em out. de 2011
Entrevista
A group interview of 4 people. They spent a very long time rambling about the company's history and some random acronyms the company made up. I felt like they were wasting my time and theirs with unnecessary information. Took about an hour and a half.
We had to come up with an adjective that described us and started with the first letter of our name. Unfortunately the manager did not know what an adjective was. We also had to build a lego car, but the managers left the room while we did it so I'm not sure what the point of the exercise was.
It ended with a very short 1:2 interview, with 2 managers present. Asked some generic questions about what skills we had that would help the company. I had experience with the kids department of another store, and full availability, so I got an offer 2 days later, which I chose to decline, having already been accepted by a company I preferred.

Come up with an adjective that describes you and starts with the first letter of your name. Also must be related to working at the company. This is actually pretty hard to come up with, unless you are lucky enough to have a name that starts with R.
hiring manager and HR walk into room youre in room with other interviewees and play with Lego and explain why your build is the best and why youd be best here
It was less than an 1 hour. The interview at Toys “R” Us lasted less than one hour and focused on availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and how I handle fast paced retail environments.
