Recruiter was over 15 minutes late to interview, very little respect or professionalism. Seemingly grindy culture, and didn't hear back in a timely manner. Team seemed really smart, but not sure it was the right fit.

4 total rounds - HR, strategy director, case study & another director, and CEO. A case study is not a normal case study - understand what Traba does and specifically who their key customers will be. They are pretty proactive the whole time and will let you know immediately until you get no offer; they will leave you hanging and then send you a generic rejection email with no feedback even when you ask.
