The initial outreach was a call with Vincent, the recruiter, followed by three separate 30-minute virtual interviews with members of the Growth Operations team, and finally, an in-person interview with Mike Shebat. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about the team. Working with Vincent was great— he was very available throughout the entire process and always super open/transparent with any questions. While I talked the most with Vincent, I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team. Everyone was down-to-earth, passionate about the company, and all seemed very talented. Although it did not result in an offer, I have nothing but positive things to say about Traba. It will certainly remain at the top of my list of companies I would love to work for in the future—and one I’d highly recommend to others!
