The first round: 30 minute phone interview asking general "tell me about yourself" questions The second round: Technical interview, asks knowledge questions that are related to the job description, and also one coding question.

They had about 4 of their employees interview you. They have some people out of state interview you too. From what I remember, it wasn't a specifically painful process (at least, it wasn't any more painful than any other job). It was long, and there were some questions that they probably didn't expect you to fully answer, so don't worry if you can't answer the especially difficult ones.
