A lot of rounds of interviews for an internship. First set of people didn't seem to know what I was applying for or who I would be working with. Second round was delayed and then rescheduled after traveling to the office for an in-person interview.

Applied the job online. Received an email from HR to schedule an in person interview. Met with the Technical Director and the Team Leader for the interview. Didn't hear back two weeks after the interview as promised
