The process was very slow and lengthy, taking about 5 weeks for just 2 interview rounds and one technical assignment. The first interview was with Talent Acquisition, focusing mainly on my past experience, the company, and the role. It went great, and the recruiter was very friendly. Three weeks later, I had another round with the Mobile Lead, which was a mix of cultural fit and some technical discussion about my previous roles; it also went well. A week later, I received a technical assignment with a promise for a follow-up interview with Senior Devs. The task was straightforward but missing some requirements. After submitting it, I received feedback a week later saying my solution was good but not enough to proceed, even though the issues could have been clarified in the promised follow-up interview, which was never scheduled. Overall, the process was too slow, and feedback was delayed. Additionally, the assignment was given as a ZIP file, and they later complained it was too large. They should have used a GitHub repo instead. My advice: if they provide a ZIP file, ask for a private GitHub repo invite or create your own and share it.
