i had an interview with the disrict manager and general manager. i had to answer questions about my experience and about my farming background. my work expererience also. i have been in retail for the last 20 years. i tried nursing and i decided to go back to retail. i am now trying to get an assistant manager job with a retail store.

Entrevista
3 Interviews. One with the store manager of the store I would be working at. Another interview with the store manager of a different store in town who has run his store for a long time. Finally, and interview with the District Manager. They were all very casual and about getting to know each other and personalities and whether or not I would be a good fit. Talked about responsibilities and the nuances of the store I will be working at. Overall a good and thorough experience.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty relaxed. The store manager was approachable and easy to talk to. The first interview was mostly about speaking to your retail management experience, which was followed by a tour of the store - the store manager did some quizzing on merchandising/ planograms. The second interview was with two additional store managers - talking about understanding P&L, sales, and operations.
