Telephone interview (about an hour) followed by a Zoom interview (2 people about another hour) followed by an online "personality assessment" (sales focused by design, business terminology/concepts, business math). Be sure to ask a lot of questions about what the job actually is! Ask for specifics...how many days/hours doing X, Y and Z.
