Multi phase, virtual interview process. First was a phone call to get to know each other and decide if I was a good fit for the job, for the company and myself. I was able to ask questions to determine if it was a good fit for me as well. Next couple steps were video interviews asking pre-determined questions they had typed up and asked. Last phase was a presentation type interview to show my presentation competence of an app I use everyday.
