I came in turned in an application, I got a call back 2 weeks later asking if I was still interested. In which i was, i came in the captain told me to walk around for a few minutes. 5 minutes later I sat down the interview took about 30 minutes I got the job right then and there.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
