Interviewed with 3 separate people. Each one was from management and each one gave a different perspective on the store and how it functions. Impressive! I was given the run down on the expectations of the crew/staff and the physical labor it requires along with the customer service expectations of each employee. All the employees who worked there also shopped there and believe in the Trader Joe's brand.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
