I went into the store, told the people standing their help desk I was here for an interview and was told to wait and browse the products. Interviewers were about 20 minutes late. We then went into a hallway/stairwell where fold out chairs were pulled out to conduct the interview in the hallway/stairwell I was asked a couple of generic questions and briefly talked about my abilities and interest in the position and it was over in about 20 minutes. I was told that I would receive a call either way within the next couple business days. That never happened

The interview process occurred over many stages. There are three rounds. Each time you met with different people and they asked various questions regarding experience and why you wanted a position at Trader Joe's specifically.
