First you receive an email with instructions for a technical exam, you must download a program and you will receive the exam, the questions are not very complex. Then they schedule a meeting with apparently a member of the technical team. You conduct a short interview with simple questions.

Entrevista
They ask you to complete a candidate form with basic information and about experience (e.g. years of experience with X technology). Then they send you an email to download a proctorizer and complete a code assessment. They say they will pay you for your time but they don't. Then you don't hear from them again, no feedback, no next steps and nothing else.

El proceso de entrevista consta de abrir una programa de escritorio que ellos te dan para monitorear todo movimiento que hagas con la computadora. Dentro del programa, se abre una interfaz en donde se pueden ver y responder todas las preguntas y ejercicios que dan.
