Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Tradesmen International (North Houston, TX) em jul. de 2016
Entrevista
Stay away. Very far away! This is the most unprofessional place I've ever visited. Scumbag central. I walked in and was told the General Manager position was taken and that I was now there to talk about the Sales Manager position. The pay was not what the recruiter told me. The person that would have been my boss was very vague on compensation. I asked for specifics on compensation to be sent to me. He said he would but didn't. When I checked about getting the info, I was notified that was not being offered the position. Had I just agreed during the interview, they would have hired me in the spot. Thank God I'm not that gullible. All they talked about was firing everyone that works there. If you work in the Houston North office, this is your notice.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fui entrevistado pela Tradesmen International (Los Angeles, CA) em fev. de 2019
Entrevista
It was very thorough. I had multiple face to face interviews as well as phone interviews. There were other current tradesmen employees that had to vouch for me as well. They wanted to make sure that I was the right fit.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Tradesmen International.
Entrevista
Phone interview with a recruiter who did a good job discussing role, company etc. Second was a phone interview with an Area Manager. Less than professional and somewhat pessimistic, talked about how “salespeople never really last”, asked to meet in person but said he’d call once he knew his schedule. No call, sent him a follow up email, no response.
