Probably the worst interview I ever had. It was a virtual interview and the entire time, the interviewer was talking to people and doing work as I was answering and I kept having to repeat myself. Seemed like they didn't want to be there and at the end, neither did I.

The first few stages went incredibly smoothly, with amazing planning from the team. The connection made with the hiring manager and the manager which I was interviewed by was great, and gave consistent feedback. Got to final round, where it was a Managing Director interview. At the end I was told that I would hear back within a few days on whether I was successful or not. I never received any further clarification, no further emails. I followed up REPEATEDLY, with nothing. Not even a rejection. Just complete ghosting, which is incredibly unprofessional and puts a bad taste in my mouth.
